Given the number of characters in the Harry Potter series (and figuring in the 10 percent thing), someone at Hogwarts had to be gay. But, I have to admit that I never truly expected it to be Dumbledore. The truth is, I always imagined that he and Professor McGonagall probably had a thang goin’ on! My bet was always riding on Hagrid, in spite of some of the twists and turns his character took.
Of course, fan fiction sites always speculated on Harry himself . . . but, that would have been too good!
Regardless, I’m glad that someone was officially outed, and I’m glad it was the wise and watchful Dumbledore.
